Role Description This is a volunteer role for a Board Member at Hood & Dagger Productions Inc. The Board Member will actively participate in board meetings and decision-making processes. They will collaborate with other board members to develop and implement strategic plans, oversee financial management, assist in fundraising efforts, and support the organization's mission and goals. While the role is primarily located in Winnipeg, Board Members may join meetings by Zoom as well.
Directors & Officers Insurance has been acquired, and an indemnity clause is included in the By-Laws.
