COVID-19 Resources
The coronavirus pandemic has had an incredible impact on the non-profit and voluntary sector in Manitoba. We have all had to adjust to a new work environment, either working from home or a drastically reduced workforce at our physical locations, and every day brings more change to our programs and services. Our sector is facing challenges we've never faced before, and organizations across the province are being affected.
To continue our support of all non-profits, charities and community groups in the province, we have pulled together this list of resources to help you during the COVID-19 pandemic. This list will be updated regularly and we hope it helps. If you have any questions or would like to add anything to this list, please email us at info@volunteermanitoba.ca
In the meantime, be safe and be well.

VM Training
To support the non-profit and voluntary sector in Manitoba, we created a series of webinars specific to the COVID-19 pandemic and its effect on organizations and groups in the province.
Our latest webinar, Pandemic Recovery: Labour and Employment Law with Scott Hoeppner from TDS Law, focused on the laws around COVID-19 and what organizations can ask employees, volunteers and participants.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer Manitoba works with hundreds of non-profits, charities, special events and community groups across Manitoba to support and assist with recruitment, retention and recognition of volunteers. To help you identify where to volunteer your time, and how to keep yourself, your community and organizations safe, we have pulled together 3 options for Manitobans to get involved and give their time.
