Capacity Building

To continue our support of all non-profits, charities and community groups in the province, we have pulled together a list of resources to help during the coronavirus pandemic. Visit COVID-19 Resources to learn more.

A mission, vision, and a strategic plan are essential to a non-profit, but its capacity to achieve its goals is a function of effective organizational development.

Volunteer Manitoba works with non-profits and charities in all aspects of organizational development, from advising on how to start a non-profit, providing guidance in leadership and human resources, offering advice on how to effectively market services and programs, and planning and implementing policies, procedures and strategic plans.
