Description of Duties:

As the CEO assistant , your duties may include:


1. Administrative support: Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, including managing their schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.


2. Project coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of various projects and initiatives undertaken by the NGO, ensuring that deadlines are met and goals are achieved.


3. Communication: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other staff members, board members, donors, and external partners. Communicate effectively and professionally via email, phone, and in-person meetings.


4. Research and analysis: Conduct research on relevant topics, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed to support decision-making and strategic planning efforts.


5. Event planning: Assist in the planning and execution of events such as fundraisers, conferences, or community outreach activities, ensuring that logistics are well-managed and objectives are met.


6. Financial management: Support the CEO in budgeting, financial reporting, and grant management activities, ensuring that funds are allocated appropriately and in accordance with donor requirements.


7. Board support: Provide administrative support to the board of directors, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and meeting materials, and maintaining accurate records of board proceedings.


8. Policy and procedure implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure effective and efficient operations.


9. Stakeholder engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, government officials, partner organizations, and community members, to advance the mission and goals of the NGO.


10. Flexibility and adaptability: Be willing to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and circumstances.
