| Description of Duties: | - Create invitations to Support Group meetings, Fundraising, and Education events plus Power Point slides where required. - Set up bulk emails in Canada Helps software. - Share to our social media accounts and respond to inquiries or questions( some may need to be forwarded to other board members for follow up). - Work with our website volunteer to ensure the site is kept current. - Work with the graphic designer to produce content for two issues of our Bulletin annually. - Work with our fundraising team to create Manitoba campaigns for events such as: Scleroderma Awareness Month, World Scleroderma Day, & Giving Tuesday. - Share advice and suggestions with the board for promoting awareness of Scleroderma in Manitoba. - Attend virtual board meetings and report any updates. These meetings are usually 4-6 times per year, but not during the summer. - Time commitment per week is O to 8 hours per week, depending on what is due. |
