Description of Duties:

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for keeping people safe? We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Safety team, the watchful guardians who ensure a fun and secure festival experience for everyone! As a Safety volunteer, you'll be the extra set of eyes keeping the grounds safe and enjoyable.





  • Wristband Patrol: Ensure attendees are wearing their festival wristbands or lanyards for identification.


  • Grounds Monitoring: Patrol the festival grounds and fence line, keeping an eye out for any potential safety hazards or suspicious activity.


  • Incident Response: If you see any issues or conflicts arise, notify security personnel immediately.


  • Cleanliness Champion: Help keep the festival grounds clean and free of debris during your patrols.


  • Safety Advocate: Promote a safe, happy, and healthy atmosphere for all festival-goers.


  • Downtime Duty: During less busy periods, keep a watchful eye on the valuable equipment at the Mushroom and Main Stages.

   
Skills Required:

  • Responsible and observant individual with a strong sense of safety awareness.


  • Comfortable approaching people and intervening in minor situations.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Calm and collected in potentially challenging situations.




Bonus points if:




  • You have prior experience in security or event safety.


  • You are First Aid/CPR certified (not mandatory, but a plus).

Expect to work between 10-20 hours during the 5-day festival, with plenty of time to enjoy the festivities yourself!
