| Description of Duties: | Ever dreamt of being the first friendly face festival-goers see? We need awesome volunteers to rock our Front Gate! You'll be the one making sure everyone has a smooth entry, from checking tickets to directing them to the right spot.- Welcome festival-goers, volunteers, and performers with a positive and friendly demeanor. - Scan tickets to ensure valid entry. - Manage wristbands/passes to ensure smooth entry. - Direct people to camping areas and answer any questions they may have about the festival. - Handle cash transactions for ticket sales. - Assist with volunteer sign-in, meal voucher distribution, and other miscellaneous tasks. |
| Skills Required: | Friendly personality, comfort handling cash, ability to walk and stand for extended periods, ability to work well under pressure. |
| Skills Gained/Related Careers: | Experience in customer service, improved communication and interpersonal skills, increased knowledge of festival operations, teamwork and collaboration skills. |

| Time Commitment: | Daytime , Evening , Weekend , Flexible Hours A volunteer can expect to work between approximately 10-20 hours during the 5 day festival, leaving lots of time to have fun! |
