Description of Duties:

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for keeping the show running smoothly? We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Stage Management team, the backstage crew who ensure a seamless and flawless performance experience for both artists and audiences!


As a Stage Management volunteer, you'll be a vital part of the behind-the-scenes magic, working under the guidance of our dedicated leadership team.



  • Stage & Backstage Clean Up: Assist with keeping the stage and backstage areas clean and organized after performances.


  • Gear Guardian: Monitor stage equipment and ensure everything is in proper working order.


  • Performer & Crew Support: Lend a helping hand to artists and the sound crew with various tasks as needed.


  • Showtime Scheduler: Help ensure DJs start and end their sets on time, working to maintain the overall festival schedule even if there are minor deviations.


  • DJ Delight: Keep the DJs happy and hydrated throughout their time on stage, making sure their needs are met (as outlined in their rider).


  • DJ Booth Boss: Maintain order within the DJ booth, ensuring a smooth workflow unless otherwise instructed by a lead or the performer themselves.

   
Skills Required:

  • You're a highly organized and detail-oriented individual.


  • You can work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


  • You're a team player with a positive and helpful attitude.


  • You can anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.


Bonus points if:




  • You have prior experience in stage management, event production, or live music settings.


  • You have a basic understanding of sound equipment and stage setup.

A volunteer can expect to work between approximately 10-20 hours during the festival, leaving lots of time to have fun!
