Description of Duties:

Do you have a can-do attitude and a love for getting things done? We're looking for strong and enthusiastic volunteers to join our Set-Up/Tear-Down crew, the essential team that transforms the festival site from a blank canvas to a vibrant event and back again!


As a Set-Up/Tear-Down volunteer, you'll play a crucial role in creating the festival magic.



  • Mighty Mover: Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting a variety of equipment, tools, and gear.


  • Staging Savvy: Move gear and equipment to designated staging areas for efficient setup and breakdown.


  • Assembly & Deconstruction: Help with the assembly, construction, and breakdown of festival structures and installations.


  • Clean Up Crew: Maintain a clean and tidy festival environment by assisting with ground cleaning.


  • Errand extraordinaire: Run various errands as needed to keep the set-up/tear-down process running smoothly.

   
Skills Required:

  • Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and carrying equipment.


  • Positive and energetic attitude and enjoy working outdoors.


  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.


  • Problem-solver who can adapt to changing needs.


Bonus points if:



  • You have prior experience in construction, event set-up, or similar activities.






  • You have a valid driver's license (may be helpful for certain tasks).

Expect to work between 10-20 hours before/during the 5 day festival period, leaving lots of time to enjoy the festival!
