Description of Duties:

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love lending a hand wherever needed? We're looking for awesome volunteers to join our "Float" team, the ultimate utility crew who keeps the festival running smoothly!


As a Float volunteer, you'll be the go-to person for a variety of tasks, ensuring a fantastic experience for everyone




  • Festival Floater: Be prepared to jump in and assist at various locations throughout the festival, including the Gate, Garbage Gang, and Safety patrol.


  • Gatekeeper Greeter (When Needed): Help with ticket scanning, wristband distribution, and answering festival-goer questions at the entrance.


  • Garbage Gang Hero (When Needed): Keep our festival clean by collecting and disposing of trash.


  • Safety (When Needed): Assist with crowd control and ensure everyone's safety during patrols.


  • Sign-In Specialist: Ensure all current volunteer shifts have been properly signed in.


  • Sub-In Superstar: When someone needs a break or extra hands on deck, you'll be the first to jump in!

   
Skills Required:

  • You enjoy a dynamic environment and don't shy away from new challenges.


  • You're a team player with a positive and helpful attitude.


  • You can prioritize safety and provide excellent customer service when at the Gate.


  • You're adaptable and comfortable with various tasks.


Bonus points if:



  • You have experience in any of the areas mentioned above (Gate, Garbage, Safety).

Expect to work between 10-20 hours during the 5-day festival, with plenty of time to enjoy the festivities yourself!
