Responsibilities
Team Liaisons
Assist teams with logistics, communication, and schedule adherence.
Meal Hall Support
Oversee team entry, manage meal flow, assist with food service issues.
Transportation Support
Coordinate bus routes, manage arrivals/departures, troubleshoot delays.
Practice Field Attendants
Manage team rotation, field setup, and clock monitoring.
Medical Station Assistants
Support certified medical staff, assist with triage and supplies.
Social Activity Crew
Set up and run games/events, manage participant safety.
Gameday Crew
Manage field entry, sideline setup, bench and marker maintenance.
Merchandise Sales
Operate booth, handle cash/card sales, track inventory.
Stats/Streaming/etc
Record stats, update live feeds, manage tablets/cameras.
Scoreboard Operators
Operate clock and scoreboard based on referee input.
Video Crew
Film games, upload content, troubleshoot camera/tech issues.
Media Hospitality/Support
Assist media guests, provide WiFi, power, seating, and game info.
Ticket Sales - Checkers
Sell tickets, check wristbands, answer attendee questions.
Awards
Prepare medals/trophies, organize award area, assist in ceremony.
