Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, care for, and ultimately seek out permanent and loving homes for Manitoba dogs. In addition to this, we partner with First Nations communities to empower responsible dog ownership and welfare through education, support, and vet services.

Description of Duties:

We're looking for someone who's organized, proactive, and ready to help our adoptable dogs look their best. As our Photoshoot & Adoptables Page Coordinator, you'll help us stay on top of who's ready for adoption, organize photoshoots, and make sure the right information gets to the right people - so every dog gets their chance to be seen.


What you'll do:



  • Review the list of dogs in care weekly to track who's ready for adoption.

  • Coordinate with the vetting and foster teams to confirm adoption readiness.

  • Schedule professional photoshoots for adoptable dogs and litters of puppies.

  • Communicate with fosters to book photo appointments for their dogs.

  • Work with the bio writing team to help prep adoptable profiles.

  • Relay information to the website team when dogs need to be added or removed from the Adoptables page.

  • Keep track of which dogs have pending adoption applications.

   
Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable coordinating schedules and managing timelines.

  • Able to work independently and follow up with multiple teams.

  • Familiar with Google Docs/Sheets, email, and Messenger.

  • Experience in scheduling, project coordination, or rescue/foster work is a plus.
