Description of Duties:

Role Overview


As Chair of the Exhibitors Sub-Committee, you'll oversee recruitment and logistics for exhibitors at the *Let's Get to Work* Conference. Help showcase organizations doing incredible work in career development!


What You'll Do



  • Recruit and confirm exhibitors

  • Coordinate exhibitor logistics and booth setup

  • Manage swag and in-kind donations

  • Serve as point of contact for exhibitors on the day of

  • Remote work possible, but attendance at the conference on November 4, 2025 in Winnipeg is required


Location: Remote planning; in-person on November 4 in Winnipeg at the Viscount Gort Hotel, 1670 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB


Timeline: Monthly meetings; more activity as event approaches
