Description of Duties:

  • Set up the multi-purpose room

  • Unload Harvest Manitoba delivery truck

  • Prepare/sort food according to staff instructions

  • Provide friendly, confidential assistance

  • Distribute food to members

  • Clean up after food bank

   
Skills Required:

This position requires that volunteers work on their feet for extended periods of time and occasional heavy lifting may also be required (accommodations can be made). Conversational and written English language skills are required for this position.

Daytime

You must be available either 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm for 1 Thursday a month.
