Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting thorough research to gather relevant data, information, and evidence to support project development, funding applications, and needs assessments. 3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex information, identify patterns and trends, and draw insights to inform project planning, decision-making, and problem-solving. 4. Project Management Skills: understanding of project management principles and practices, including project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, to ensure effective and efficient project delivery. 5.
