| Skills Required: | Fluent English speaker Experience facilitating classes or workshops using Zoom (for online classes) Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint Experience teaching Canadian History or Social Studies is an asset In-depth knowledge of Canada's history, geography, and government Ability to work with individuals from diverse ethnocultural backgrounds Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with adult learners with low to intermediate level English skills |

| Time Commitment: | Daytime , Evening , Weekend , Remote Volunteering Classes are online via Zoom or in-person at the Immigrant Centre One day a week for 6 weeks or twice weekly for 3 weeks Evening classes can be on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 6:00 - 8:00. Saturday classes can be mornings from 10:00 - 12:00 or afternoons from 1:00 - 3:00. |
