| Description of Duties: | Ukraine Relief Volunteers provide support to Ukrainian Newcomers through a network of Service Providing Organizations in Manitoba. Areas of volunteer support include translation, interpretation, and youth programs. |
| Skills Required: | Responsible, reliable, patient, tolerant, must be a positive role model (no criminal record or current gang activity). Other skills may be required depending on organizational needs and volunteer roles available. |
| Skills Gained/Related Careers: | Work with Ukrainian newcomers, gain leadership and communication skills. Learn about issues facing immigrants and refugees. |
