| Description of Duties: | We are looking for individuals to lead our self management programs - Get Better Together - a program to help others better manage their health Powerful Tools For Caregivers - designed to help caregivers thrive while caring for others Memory and Aging Program - designed to help with normal, age-related memory change Total Brain Health- a fun and effective way to keep your memory sharp Training and all materials are provided. You can choose to lead one, several or all programs. Training is free and leaders receive small honorarium for each program they lead after training. |
| Skills Required: | Leaders need to be able to lead groups of 8-18 people and to work with a co-leader after taking the leader training. |
