Strategic plans are essential for providing direction, making informed decisions, and ensuring long-term success for non-profits. However, many don't know their strategic plan or don't know how to complete one. This workshop will guide you through each stage of the strategic planning cycle, including setting the mission, vision, goals, objectives, and action steps. Additionally, participants will explore techniques to garner support for the strategic plan and ensure its successful implementation. By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and tools to create your own strategic plan, saving your organization a significant amount of financial resources.
