February 12, 2025
04:00 PM to 07:00 PM

Your board already knows its roles and responsibilities but wants to keep improving. What is the next step for a board that wants to constantly improve and bring value to their organization? Properly evaluating the board's work and identifying areas for improvement is essential for building a high-performance board. But evaluating your board can be a challenging or even daunting prospect. This workshop is designed to help make evaluating and improving your board a less intimidating and more successful process.

Participants will explore tools, techniques, and other ideas for reviewing and improving your board's performance. We will consider various areas of the board's work including board structure, board management practices, board development, and decision-making. Also, we will discuss who should be evaluated, such as individual directors, committees, or the board as a whole, and how.
