Constructive Reflection

Reflection is a critical stage in any planning or development program process. We can't analyze successes, opportunities, and where the plan fell down if we don't set out the time for a review. What were the goals? Did we achieve them? Are there certain aspects of the plan or program that require a regroup or a shift in resources? Learn how to make reflection with your team fun, insightful and straightforward.

  • opportunity to work through the steps of reflection

Who should take this course:

This workshop is for people who want to take action to intentionally improve based on past and lived experiences.

Facilitator Bio:

For more than a decade, Megan Foster has been leading individuals and organizations through energetic, interactive facilitation to generate action-based solutions. Now specializing in organizational culture development and strategic planning, she began her professional career in the high-energy world of revenue development where she quickly understood the importance of creative problem solving to overcome obstacles. Megan has been described as friendly, supportive, and driven and her style of facilitation is constantly referred to as engaging, creative, and fun. She is passionate about helping leaders inspire and energize their team members. As the founder of Mosaic Engagement, she is on a mission to motivate organizations to harness the expertise and creative power within their own team. She enjoys the challenge of maintaining fresh and current content and learning from every session she leads.

To participate, you will need a computer/mobile device with internet connection, speakers and microphone. A webcam is preferred but optional.
