March 31, 2020
11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

There are special considerations when planning and facilitating a virtual meeting.

In this webinar we will cover the best practices for planning and facilitating a virtual meeting to compensate for the lack of body language and facial cues to ensure everyone is an active participant. We'll provide an overview of the common elements of an AGM and what should be done before and during the meeting, with an emphasis on how to plan for a virtual AGM. Examples of meeting and AGM agendas will be provided.

Who should attend:

Those responsible for coordinating, planning or hosting a non-profit meeting or AGM. Participants can include Executive Directors, board members, volunteers, coordinators and anyone who is interested in learning more about this topic.
