Webinar: Strategic Planning for Non-Profit Boards

May 13, 2021
12:00 PM to 01:00 PM

Through strategic planning organizations can better align activities and resources through clear strategies and action plans. Learn how to complete each stage of the strategic planning cycle, including setting mission, vision, goals, objectives, and action steps, plus learn techniques to garner support for the plan. Successful strategic planning will not only set your organization in the right direction but both board members and staff will have a deeper understanding and commitment to the organization, plus experience improved communication and teamwork.
