Volunteer Manitoba's webinars are held throughout the year from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

The webinars are approximately 45 mins in length, followed by a short Q & A. The cost to attend is only $10.

Who should attend:

Participants can include board members, fundraising committee members, non-profit staff and anyone who is interested in learning more about this topic.

Facilitator:

Tracy Douglass has been involved in the non-profit sector as a volunteer, employee and consultant. She has sat on boards, participated on committees and volunteered her time to help deliver programs and services within the sector.

She has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba and is certified in adult education and distance learning development. She also has over 20 years in the educational field, coordinating, developing and delivering training to both small and large audiences.

Recently, Tracy was a Community Relations Specialist at Manitoba Public Insurance, in the role of Provincial Coordinator for the volunteer-based Citizens on Patrol Program (COPP). She previously worked at Volunteer Manitoba from 2003 through to 2009, but she missed it so much she came back and is now running the training department!
