March 11, 2025
09:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Policies and procedures are a principle, plan or course of action. They serve as a guide that contains useful information that will assist you and your volunteers in their roles. Policies answer the questions "why" and "what" must be done to meet the needs of the organization and "how" will this be conducted. To achieve this you must create manageable task by keeping it simple and doing it over a period of time. Clear policy statements guide the volunteer administrator's planning process.
