Gain an entry-level understanding of before/during/after Microsoft Teams meeting tools, learn how to schedule, start, and join a meeting from Teams or Outlook, record and share your meeting, and improve the Teams meeting experience.

  • Learn how to record and share your meeting and how to set recording expiry dates
  • Learn how to improve your Teams meeting experience for both the presenter and attendees

Her education experience coupled with her knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions makes her an immensely effective Instructional Designer. She brings great value to our Modern Work program and its adoption and training element. Dawn helps ease the end user frustrations of change management by giving them the confidence they need to embrace and fully leverage new and exciting Modern Workplace solutions.

To participate, you will need a computer/mobile device with internet connection, speakers and microphone. A webcam is preferred but optional.
