  • Organizing staff shifts with Shifts app in Teams
  • Secure file sharing with Guests/Externals in Microsoft 365 with Teams and SharePoint
  • Collect information from staff using Updates app in Teams
  • Managing tasks in the 'Tasks' app for Teams
  • Publishing onboarding an/d training resources for staff and volunteers in SharePoint Sites
