Elevate your HR management knowledge and skills by gaining a solid foundation to hire, develop and supervise non-profit staff in accordance with employment and safety.

*This course runs Tuesdays, April 8, 15, 22, 29 and May 6, 13, 2025, 9:00am to 12:00pm each day
(Readings and some coursework is required between sessions)

This course is designed for those who are planning on, or have just begun leading a team of staff or volunteers. In this course you will develop skills to build and manage a strong team in your new environment ready for the pressures faced by the non-profit sector.
