Across Manitoba, boards are asking deeper questions, taking on more complex challenges, and playing an increasingly critical role in shaping our community.
For more than 40 years, Volunteer Manitoba has been strengthening and supporting non-profit organizations across Manitoba. Our Roles and Responsibilities of a Non-Profit Board workshop has become a cornerstone of that work, supporting individuals new to board service with the knowledge and confidence they need to lead effectively. We have helped thousands of Manitobans know their basics and really helped to build capacity in the sector.

We are so excited to develop a brand-new workshop series called From Good to Great Boards Workshop Series, thanks to the generous support from RBC. Their investment ensures boards across Manitoba have access to high-quality training that builds stronger organizations.
