Organizational Description: Thrive Community Support Circle is a person-centred, family-focused community support organization committed to building healthy, connected communities in Winnipeg. In our new purpose-built space, we provide accessible, welcoming, and inclusive wraparound supports that meet people where they are and respond to their unique strengths, needs, and goals.

At the heart of our work is the belief that every person has the right to dignity, choice, and belonging. We empower individuals and families to make their own decisions and move forward on their own terms, supported by caring staff, skilled volunteers, and strong community partnerships.

We provide holistic, wraparound supports that address the realities people face. Our services are designed to reduce barriers and strengthen wellbeing through practical supports, emotional care, advocacy, and connection to community resources.

Guided by collaboration, equity, and respect, Thrive works alongside community agencies and partners to expand our impact and ensure supports are culturally responsive, inclusive, and barrier-free.

Through volunteering, community engagement, and shared care, we are building a stronger, more connected community where every person and every family has the opportunity not just to get by-but to thrive.
