About the Manitoba Marathon

The Manitoba Marathon is one of Winnipeg's largest and most celebrated community events, held annually on Father's Day. Bringing together thousands of participants and volunteers, the event features multiple race distances including the full marathon, half marathon, relay, 10KM, 5KM, and youth-focused events.

The Manitoba Marathon is a not-for-profit organization that helps raise funds for a variety of local charities, including United Way Winnipeg. Through the collective efforts of participants, volunteers, and community partners, the event supports initiatives that make a meaningful impact across Winnipeg.

More than just a race, the Manitoba Marathon is a community-driven celebration of health, inclusivity, and connection. Participants of all ages and abilities take part-whether they are chasing a personal best, walking their first 5KM, or supporting a meaningful cause.

The event relies on hundreds of dedicated volunteers to create a safe, high-energy, and memorable experience for everyone involved.
