| Organizational Description: | About Mediation Services Conflict is a natural and necessary part of the human experience - one that sometimes requires outside help to reach a solution. Mediation Services is here to be that help. When people are in conflict, whether it is with a neighbour-a family member or someone else-or if one person has committed a crime against another, we help them explore positive outcomes. In all our work, we respect individual needs, concerns and opinions in the problem-solving process - emphasizing participation as the foundation of successful resolutions. We celebrate diversity among people and value differences as a source of creativity and starting point for resolution. |
