| Description of Duties: | Have you ever thought about mentoring someone, but were not sure you had the time or commitment for it? MentorAbility Manitoba, delivered by Career Connections Inc., offers short, flexible mentoring experiences that make it easy to get involved. As a volunteer mentor, you will connect with an individual experiencing disability through a one time, structured mentorship experience. This can be as simple as a conversation, a workplace tour, or sharing what a day in your role looks like. There is no hiring commitment and no long term obligation. You choose what works for your schedule. Mentorships can take place either virtually or in person, and every experience is fully supported and coordinated by our team. Insurance coverage is provided through the program, and we guide you through the entire process. This is a simple, meaningful way to share your experience, support someone in exploring their career path, and be part of building a more inclusive workforce in Manitoba. |
