| Description of Duties: | Do you have special skills or interest in fundraising or marketing? The Winnipeg Singers, one of Canada's premier professional choirs is seeking individuals to join our team on these two committees. Fundraising Committee: * attending zoom fundraising committee meetings, helping to brainstorm fundraising activity ideas for the choir. * helping to plan and carry out fundraising events as determined by the committee. Marketing Committee: * attending Zoom marketing committee meetings (generally four meetings each year, held one month before each of our concerts) to plan marketing strategy for the upcoming concert. * specific marketing tasks as determined at the zoom meeting. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in marketing who would be interested in chairing this committee. |
| Skills Required: | Skills required would include experience and possibly training in fundraising, or marketing, ability to attend zoom meetings and fundraising events, and leadership ability for those candidates interested in taking on the role of chair of the Marketing Committee. |

All work of the marketing committee is done through zoom. The fundraising committee is required to attend fundraising events, generally only one or maybe a second one per year. |
