Description of Duties:

General Event Volunteers provide flexible support throughout the competition day and assist wherever help is most needed. These volunteers may be assigned to a variety of tasks to help ensure the event runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.


Duties may include:



  • Assisting officials and coordinators with event setup and takedown

  • Helping direct participants and spectators

  • Delivering materials or equipment as needed

  • Supporting timing, judging, or administrative areas when required

  • Filling in for other volunteer roles as needed

  • Providing general assistance throughout the venue

   
Skills Required:



  • Willingness to help with a variety of tasks

  • Positive attitude and flexibility

  • Good communication skills

  • Reliability and punctuality

  • Ability to follow directions and adapt quickly

  • Comfort in a busy event environment


(No experience required - training and on-the-spot guidance will be provided.)
