Description of Duties:

The Event Runner plays a role in keeping competitions running smoothly by delivering timing sheets, results, and important paperwork between officials, timers, and event coordinators. This fast-paced role ensures information is shared quickly and accurately throughout the event.


Duties include:



  • Delivering hand timing sheets to timers and officials promptly

  • Transporting paperwork and race results between event stations

  • Assisting officials with communication needs during competitions

  • Staying alert to where documents need to go and when

  • Moving efficiently around the venue throughout the event

  • Supporting overall event flow and organization

  • Ability to move quickly and stay organized

  • Strong reliability and responsibility

  • Good communication skills

  • Attention to detail when handling documents

  • Comfort in a busy, active environment

  • Willingness to follow instructions and schedules


(No experience required - training and guidance will be provided.)
