Description of Duties:	The Event Runner plays a role in keeping competitions running smoothly by delivering timing sheets, results, and important paperwork between officials, timers, and event coordinators. This fast-paced role ensures information is shared quickly and accurately throughout the event. Duties include: Delivering hand timing sheets to timers and officials promptly Transporting paperwork and race results between event stations Assisting officials with communication needs during competitions Staying alert to where documents need to go and when Moving efficiently around the venue throughout the event Supporting overall event flow and organization

Skills Required:	Ability to move quickly and stay organized Strong reliability and responsibility Good communication skills Attention to detail when handling documents Comfort in a busy, active environment Willingness to follow instructions and schedules (No experience required - training and guidance will be provided.)

Skills Gained/Related Careers:	Experience working behind the scenes at live sporting events Improved organization and time management skills Communication and teamwork experience Understanding of event logistics and race operations Valuable volunteer experience for resumes and school credits

Time Commitment:	Daytime , Evening , Weekend Race Day is February 28th 12:45-8pm Location: Rink Training Center
