| Description of Duties: | Assisting Transitional Care clients as they walk to the Chapel within the centre. Provide supervision and safety support to those on wheelchairs. Allow access through coded doors ensuring clients wishing to attend have the opportunity. Once the half hour service is complete ensure clients make it back to their designated unit. |
| Skills Required: | Sincere interest in working with clients with complex care needs. Pays close attention to detail, follows directions well. Able to work cooperatively as part of the Health care team. Physically able to transport clients using mobility aids, such as wheelchairs and walkers. Excellent communication skills. |
