| Description of Duties: | Boo at the Zoo is BACK! This reimagined event is bigger, better, spookier, and more magical than ever before! Boo at the Zoo is an evening event that takes place after-hours in the Zoo. It is designed for families and people of all ages and will feature special performances, activities, and jaw-dropping displays! We rely on volunteers to help visitors enjoy a magical experience and keep all guests safe at Boo at the Zoo. | Skills Required: | - must be 18 years of age or older - must commit to at least two shifts throughout Boo at the Zoo - must be able to spend extended periods of time outdoors in all kinds of weather - must be able to move around easily outdoors either on foot or with the use of mobility aids - are encouraged to wear family-friendly Halloween costumes - must be comfortable interacting with visitors of all ages - must follow direction from staff and lead volunteers - must complete a short online training module |
