| Description of Duties: | We are looking to recruit kitchen volunteers to help us prepare and serve meals for our community. You will help make sandwiches, clean and cut veggies, make snack bags and sort food items to help serve the ~500 plates per meal we serve every day. Shifts are between 2 and 3 hours long. |
| Skills Required: | A willingness to learn, ability to stand for 2+ hours, friendly, and can work with others in a team. Our staff will match your skill with a task. No experience required. |
| Skills Gained/Related Careers: | Our kitchen staff are friendly, talented cooks who would be happy to show you how to clean and cut veggies, sort food items, and prepare meals. You don't have to have any experience. This is a great place to improve your cooking skills. |

| Time Commitment: | Daytime , Evening , Weekend Our morning shifts are from 8am-11am, lunch is 11am-2pm, and dinner shifts are 5:15pm-7:15pm. We are especially looking for more volunteers for our weekday breakfast (8am-11am) shifts! |
