Organizational Description: Things Supporting the RWB ia a shop selling consigned and donated furnishings and household items. We are a non-profit organization owned by the Volunteer Committee for the Royal Winmnipeg Ballet, operated and dedicated to raising funds for the RWB.

Description of Duties:

  • Greet and engage with customers

  • Answer inquiries in person and on the phone

  • Accurately handle cash and debit/credit transactions using a POS system

  • Assist with general store functions

  • Participate in start and end of day procedures

  • Experience in customer service is an asset

  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to follow established procedures and processes
