| Description of Duties: | Valley Gardens Community Centre is located in East Kildonan. Our Mini Soccer coaches arrive at the practice ground a few minutes earlier than scheduled time to enable timely start of session. You will set up equipment, develop strategies and drills and implement same during practice session. You will monitor all players during practice sessions to identify strengths and weaknesses of each child playing. You will observe players during drills and games and identify all special requirements to implement customized assistance as required and to give proper instructions and correct mistakes. Coaches will have opportunities for training before May kick-off and are required to complete a Grassroots coaching course as well as a Respect in Sports online course. |
