| Description of Duties: | As the Finance & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for: • Detailed tracking of event expenses and projected budget. • Updating the committee with key performance metrics (KPIs) throughout the season. • Leading (or supporting the T-Shirt Pick-Up Coordinator - if applicable) with t-shirt pick-up on event day and early t-shirt pick-up. • Training t-shirt pick-up tent volunteers and overseeing them on event day. • Supplying all invoices and event paperwork to CCS staff partner throughout the year. |
| Skills Required: | You are passionate about the breast cancer cause, well-connected in your community, and enjoy event planning. The ideal candidate for this volunteer role has a positive attitude, communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of self-motivation and time management. Knowledge and/or experience in any of the role responsibilities is considered an asset. Must be 18+ to apply. |
