Meet Chris - a reminder that purpose doesn't retire.

Chris found something truly meaningful through volunteering at FortWhyte Alive since retirement 7 years ago. For him, it's more than just giving back-it's about staying connected to nature, sharing experiences with others, and rediscovering the joy he's always had working with young people.

Chris talks about his many roles, supporting the organization in ways that help both kids and the environment thrive. Explaining that every day brings something a little different.

Chris tells us how volunteering here is designed to fit your life-whether you've got a few hours to spare, or you're looking for something more regular. He answers the question, is prior experience really not needed? Listen to the Inside Scoop with Chris, as he shares his volunteer story!

Thank you to all of the kind folks at FortWhyte Alive for sharing your stories!
