| Description of Duties: | Henteleff Park Foundation is seeking new Board members to work with us in fulfilling our mission of providing stewardship for Henteleff Park through advocacy, education, and maintaining the Park's plants and wildlife. If you enjoy Henteleff Park and wish to help preserve this gem in south St. Vital, this is your opportunity to help guide the Park's future. |
| Skills Required: | Excellent communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Community members with experience in fundraising, communication, or expertise in environmental issues would be most welcome. |

| Time Commitment: | Flexible Hours The Board meets monthly, except in the summer, mainly by Zoom. Board attendance includes one annual general meeting and one annual planning session. Board members also serve on a committee of their choice |
