| Description of Duties: | - Assist with design of outdoor set lighting for an evening performance. - Install set lighting before the performance. - Animate lighting on cue during the performance. - Remove set lighting after the performance. |
| Skills Required: | Must have active skills, tools and experience with: - low power lighting (battery powered) - electronics devices Previous experience with theatre set or film production is an asset, but not required. Volunteers must have a vehicle and their own tools. |
| Skills Gained/Related Careers: | This is anticipated to become an annual Manitoba event for National Forest Week. This position offers volunteers training and experience for entry into theatre and film production. Volunteers will receive recognition for their involvement with: - A Production Crew T-shirt - A Certificate of Recognition - Acknowledgement on the web-site of an upcoming film production. |

| Time Commitment: | Daytime , Evening , Weekend The Producer will make arrangements to meet at the set location in Bird's Hill Provincial Park for orientation and planning. Volunteers must be on site for 6:00pm, Thursday, September 26th for a set lighting test and rehearsal. Volunteers must be on site for 4:00pm, Friday September 27th, for lighting setup, animate/control lighting during the 7:00 to 8:30pm performance and remove set lighting after the performance. |
