Organizational Description: |
Event Safe is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating safer environments at events and throughout Winnipeg, through the implementation of an anonymous reporting system. We empower individuals to report incidents of drink spiking, sexual harassment, and assault, enabling us to collect crucial data to identify patterns, hotspots, and potential predators. Our mission is to foster a secure and supportive community by collaborating with event organizers, venues, and local stakeholders to implement preventive measures and raise awareness. Event Safe is committed to driving positive change and ensuring that everyone can enjoy events without fear. |
