Description of Duties: | Henteleff Park Foundation is seeking new Board Members to work with us in fulfilling our mission of providing stewardship for Henteleff Park through partnership with the community, advocacy, education and maintaining the Park's plants and wildlife. If you enjoy Henteleff Park and wish to help preserve this gem in south St. Vital, this is your opportunity to help guide the Park's future. |
Skills Required: | Excellent communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Community members with experience in fundraising, finance, communication, or expertise in environmental issues would be most welcome to apply. |
Skills Gained/Related Careers: | Gain experience on non-profit community board. Enhance skills and build your resume. Work with a dynamic volunteer board dedicated to the preservation of Henteleff Park. |
Age: | 18-30, 31-54, 55+ |
Time Commitment: | Daytime , Evening , Weekend Time commitment - two hour Zoom meetings each month plus an annual planning meeting. Board members also serve on a committee of their choice. |
