Description of Duties: | - Welcome and greet individuals inquiring about senior services. - Acquaint oneself with available information for distribution and community resources catering to seniors. - Document inquiries and collect contact information for follow-up purposes. - Manage the Resource Desk, serving as the point of contact for inquiries. - Prepare and serve beverages like coffee and tea; ensure they are properly stored at the end of the shift. - Provide coffee and water to guests interested in engaging in conversation. - Maintain accurate records of pertinent information and statistics. - Supervise and manage sign-up sheets. - Perform additional responsibilities as necessitated. |
