| Description of Duties: | Board meetings take place on Zoom monthly from September to June. An annual AGM is held once a year. Candidates must agree to abide by Community Therapy Services (CTS) Bylaws, Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality, and other policies that may apply As a member of the CTS Board of Directors, candidates contribute towards: - Ensuring the Agency is carrying out its mission - Monitoring the Agency's financial health - Providing professional assistance as determined by a Board decision or requested by the Executive Director |
| Skills Required: | Most pressing, our board is looking for someone with an accounting background to fill the Executive position of Agency Treasurer. Candidates with relevant experience in health, mental health, community development, rehabilitation or HR in a unionized environment also encouraged to consider joining! Previous experience on a board an asset, but not mandatory. |
