| Volunteer Opportunity Details | |
| Description of Duties: | Assist staff and participants within the Healthy Baby program with setting up room, greeting parents/families, participating in group discussion on health and wellness topics related to parenting, preparing and clean-up of supplies. |
| Skills Required: | - Basic cooking skills and interest in preparing healthy foods - Comfortable working independently to prepare simple recipes and snacks in a timely manner - Knowledge of food safety (Food Handlers Certificate suggested) - Ability and comfortable with approaching people in a friendly, supportive, non-judgmental manner - Physically able to perform tasks |

| Time Commitment: | Daytime 1 shift BI-WEEKLY; Tuesdays, 12:30 to 3:30, with opportunity to pick-up additional shifts as available. A minimum 6-month commitment preferred for client consistency. * Applications accepted until position is filled |
