| Description of Duties: | - Help escort patients, family members, or visitors to seats in the cafeteria if there is need of accessibility support - Provide customer service to ensure trays with food and drinks get to the customer's table safely - Assist customers in using the kiosk ordering system if needed - Advise the Manager if the volunteer observes any inappropriate customer behaviour |
